It has been such a long time since I posted! I am working on two things at the moment:
A tutorial for blocking acrylic yarn. I was done with the pictures and then figured out I should redo it with coloured yarn instead of black. Black is always my go to colour for some reason but it doesn't look well in pictures. You'd think I would know that by now. So I'll redo it next week with coloured yarn so you can see what different blocking methods do.
The second thing I'm working on is a bag pattern. I already made one for my mother but forgot to take pictures so now I am making one for myself. It is in black though so pictures might not be too clear but I wanted a black bag since the one I had is dying. It is a messenger bag with a little texture and some purple accents.
I was also working on a knitted sock calculator but I still haven't figured out how I want to do my heel. When I decide on that I will finish the calculator and post it for you. But the bag and blocking will be done first.
The reason I have not been posting much is because I have been busy with school and had to stop a lot of things because I am always tired. The doctor still doesn't know what is wrong but until they do I am resting a lot and focusing on school.
Though I did crochet a lot of other peoples patterns. Perhaps I should show some of them off instead of only posting my own patterns.
I'm also thinking about posting other things I am working on like some programming, showing off some hairstyles, a soap recipe or the bow I'm working on. Might be a bit too diverse if I post all that but those are the things I'm working on at the moment. I'll try to keep you all updated

Pressents for 'Sinterklaas'/Christmas
Hi all.
I'm working on a few presents for my family. I figured if I start early I might make something myself.
I have been working on some lovely scarves like Slippery slope and adaptations on Hooded scarf and this celtic pattern.
I just wanted to say I am working on a lot but cannot post pictures yet because it would ruin the suprise for my family :)
But in the meantime check out the patterns above because they are lovely.
Love,
Mouse

Sweater time
Hello all,
There are two reasons I have not been updating as much as I wanted. The first one is because I was away on vacation and out a lot. The second, more interesting one, is that I have been working on a stubborn sweater(I think I didn't have enough badges to make it).

Auto shrug.
Hi All,
I finally made this pattern 'automatic' so you don't have to calculate anything. If you find any problems please let me know.
Finished! |
Front view |
Most shrug patters are worked in one square and from side to side most of the time.
I had a hard time getting it to fit in a way that it didn't pinch my in my arms or armpit.
So I started on a new pattern a while back.
I tried a a lot of different things and finally this one is the one that fits best.
It is worked like a top down cardigan, made in one piece and can be made to fit all!
So let us get started!

Updating :D
Hey all,
Long time no update. I've been working on a cardigan but I think it hates me.
So now I am updating the shrug pattern to an automated pattern where you enter your data and you get a pattern with all the right rows and stitches needed.
I am almost done so I think I will post it later tonight or at latest Tuesday.
I've also been thinking about making a program that will do the same as this site: give you a pattern based on your input. Not sure if people would like it so let me know what you guys think :).

Work on the site
Hey all,
I've been working on the site a bit. Adding inches and fixed a problem with Sock pattern part 1.
It displayed too many rows for the toe. It should be all right now :)
If you find any problems, please let me know and I'll fix them asap.

Finally an update!
Hey all,
I haven't been online much lately, sorry! I made a simple phone case that I will share with you soon when I finish making the pattern.
I did update my gauge swatch calculator with inches. It wasn't as much work as I thought it would be. I will be updating all my patterns today with inches so it might take a while.
So here it is!
